We ship all packages via USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers. Shipping methods and times vary depending on the destination and order size.

If a magazine is rejected by the facility, we will work with you to resolve the issue. You may need to choose a different item for re-shipment or request a refund.

The inmate ID number should be provided during checkout in the designated field to ensure accurate delivery to the facility.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website.

The number of magazines you can send depends on the facility's rules. We recommend checking with the facility or referring to our shipping guidelines for more details.
